Whether it's at Pacer Downs Apartments, Pacer Commons, or Pacer Crossings, the choice to live on campus can open the door to exciting new opportunities to learn, grow and connect. Your neighbors will be fellow students, and it won't be long before you will be knocking on their doors to meet with a study group or start a game of volleyball. As a resident student at USC Aiken, you have the opportunity of independence and privacy, while enjoying proximity to classes and activities and the support and services provided by the University Housing staff. Our staff is dedicated to providing a safe and happy living environment.
