Report System Outages

If you experience a major system or network outage after-hours, please use the contact information below to report the issue. It is preferred that you send a text message to report issues, however, if you are unable to do so, you may also leave a voicemail.
USCA Outage Reporting Number
Please keep in mind that this should only be done for major system or network outages. For example, if email is unavailable, no one in your office can log in to their computers, the website is not available, etc. Do not use this to report issues affecting only a single user. For single user issues, or issues occurring during business hours, please report the issue to the Help Desk and we'll respond as soon as we return to the office.
Additional Outage Reporting Information
To report a possible outage during normal business hours, you can:
Call the Help Desk at 4357 (from campus phones) or 803-641-3391 (from non-campus phones)
Notify us in person at the Help Desk in B&E Suite 238
Email us at email@example.com (Email may cause a delay in response to outages and is not recommended)
To report a possible outage after-hours, you can:
Text or Call the USCA Outage Reporting Number at 803-265-LANN or 803-265-5266 (texts are preferred)
